I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Virginia. I have learned most about how to be a therapist through my own experience as a patient and I am committed to continuous learning through all avenues of life, primarily in personal relationships and supervised experience with colleagues. My approach is psychoanalytic in nature. This means the primary healing mechanism is the relationship we create together. What you bring into our relationship are the same patterns you bring into your personal relationships.
